    Community Connect Center empowers newcomers in the Fargo-Moorhead area with the resources and support they need to thrive. Within just three months, individuals and families gain the skills and confidence to become self-sufficient, contributing their unique talents and perspectives to building a stronger, more vibrant community.

    The Fargo-Moorhead Indigenous Association’s vision is to Unite, Connect and Strengthen the Fargo-Moorhead Indigenous community.

  • FM LGBT Film Festival

    Now in its 16th year, the Fargo-Moorhead LGBT Film Festival celebrates LGBTQ+ lives & storytelling “There is a place where you are seen. Let us show it to you.” The Human Family (promoting human rights & social justice though art & film) is the non-profit steward the FM-LGBT Film Festival.

    Inclusive Moorhead recognizes all of the good things about Moorhead and the efforts by many to create a welcoming, inclusive, and equitable community. We seek to build on strengths and to assist those in leadership positions, work on volunteer projects and fill the gaps in the community while bringing together everyone to connect and celebrate together.

    The mission of High Plains Fair Housing Center is to strengthen communities and to ensure equal access to fair housing in the region through training, education, enforcement, and advocacy.

  • ND Human Rights Art & Film Festival

    The Human Family promotes human rights and social justice through film and art. The Human Family is the non-profit curator of The North Dakota Human Rights Film & Arts Festival with events in Fargo and communities in across the state.

  • ND Human Rights Coalition

    The North Dakota Human Rights Coalition works to effect change so that all people in North Dakota enjoy full human rights.

  • ND LGBTQIA2S+ Summit

    In it’s 7th year, the Summit is an annual event to gather and celebrate queer joy, empower and train for advocacy, and envision a diverse and inclusive future for North Dakota. The NDHRC is the event’s fiscal host as part of their mission to effect change so all people in North Dakota enjoy full human rights.

  • Planned Parenthood North Central States

    Planned Parenthood North Central States and its subsidiary organizations provide, promote, and protect reproductive and sexual health through high quality care, education, and advocacy. A member of America’s most trusted reproductive health care provider, our affiliate is proud to support and operate health centers across our five-state region (Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota). Each year, we provide health care to nearly 93,000 people and health education to more than 58,000 people in our region.

  • Prairie Abortion Fund

    Prairie Abortion Fund is an abortion fund serving North Dakotans, South Dakotans, Minnesotans, and people who travel to our region for abortion care. PAF can off-set the cost of an abortion fee, cover travel and lodging expenses required for appointments, and assist with other associated costs such as birth control options and STI testing.

  • Pride Collective and Community Center

    The mission of the FM Pride Collective and Community center is to create a sense of community and promote education and social activities aimed at furthering the social and physical well-being and development of the LGBTQIA2S+ community in the Red River Valley. During open hours, we are open for drop-in support, activities, and socialization. We have a movie collection, a wide collection of board games and video games, and a library of books available for check out. The Pride Collective and Community Center also serves as the parent organization for the Red River Rainbow Seniors, FM Pride, Project RAI, and the Youth Group.

  • New American Consortium for Wellness & Empowerment

    New American Consortium for Wellness & Empowerment creates a stronger community, from transition to transformation.

    We build bonds among people, bridges between diverse communities, and links to organizations. Through celebrations and programming, we facilitate trusting relationships and create healthy partnerships in the Greater Fargo-Moorhead Area.

  • Red River Rainbow Seniors

    Red River Rainbow Seniors is an organization dedicated to providing advocacy, education, support & fun for the 50+ LGBTQ community in the Red River Valley.

  • PFund Foundation

    PFund Foundation builds equity with LGBTQ+ communities across the Upper Midwest by providing grants and scholarships, developing leaders, and inspiring giving. In North Dakota, PFund Foundation has used community contributions to support places such as Parachigo, Sitting Bull College Two Spirit Club, Red River Rainbow Seniors Oral History Project, the Community Uplift Program, and many more LGBTQ+ supporting organizations!

  • Resource Connect

    Resource Connect is a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting individuals facing transportation barriers by providing reliable transportation options to help them reach their workplaces. We are currently seeking to raise funds to purchase a vehicle, which will enhance our ability to support those in need and further our mission of improving access to employment opportunities.

  • Prairie Action ND Institute

    Prairie Action ND Institute (PANDI) advances social and economic justice in North Dakota by strengthening communities through education, digital advocacy, and grassroots organizing. In partnership with local organizations, we work toward a more just, inclusive, and engaged North Dakota.

  • Spirit Room

    We engage with individuals and organizations to create an educational experience that includes the community in the outcome. In accordance with the humanities model, much of our programming is free, being paid for by funders. By being a grassroots organization, our projects come to us from the community. We develop programming and many times act as a fiscal agent for projects.
